A Properly Skinned Specimen

is the first step to a quality mount.

Although I do prefer that you bring your new trophy to our shop and allow me to skin it (we skin all mounts for FREE) I understand sometimes that isn't an option. Here are a few diagrams and videos to help you in the field.

If you cape / skin your trophy I ask that you please leave the Head, Feet & Tail intact for me to skin.

Follow the red lines as a guide.

ALWAYS cut from underneath to avoid damaging the hair.

More is better! The more skin i have to work with the better.
