Due to our high workload, we are currently not accepting small game / fur mounts (such as Fox, Badger, Coyote, or Raccoon).

(Do not cut the throat on your downed animal.)

Local Hunters: 

A 50% deposit is required by December 31st of the year you drop off to cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Out-of-State Hunters:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of drop-off. The remaining balance (including mount, crate, and crate building fee) is due upon completion.

Please Note:
Crate & Shipping:

•  Crate material costs vary by mount.

•  There is a flat $100.00 crate building fee added to every mount on top of the crate material cost.

•  Once your mount is crated, we will contact you with the final balance, crate dimensions, and weight.

•  You can pay the balance over the phone, Venmo, or by check.

•  We will then provide contact information for our preferred freight company. You are responsible for booking the shipment and paying the freight company directly.

If you bring in a full carcass such as a Bear, Wolf or Mountain Lion we do charge an additional $10.00 disposal fee that will be added to your mount total.
